Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website and if you book a service with Instant Cleaning you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Regular Cleaning:
• The Costumer agrees to sign and return a contract for the cleaning services within 5 days of placing the order.
• The minimum length of the contract for regular services is 3 months.
• The Costumer agrees to organise payment for the service provided at the end of each month when an invoice is sent. Payment must be settled within 5 days on the date of the invoice.
• The Costumer agrees to pay a deposit of £30 which will be returned on termination of contract (minimum length of the contract is 3 months).
• The Costumer agrees that a minimum of 2.5 hours applies for weekly cleaning and for fortnightly service the minimum stay is 3.5 hours per visit.
• The Costumer agrees to provide us with a task list and all necessary cleaning detergents and equipment required for the cleaning.
• The Costumer agrees to give at least 24 hours notice if a single visit should be cancelled. If the Costumer fail to provide us with the specified notice full payment for the certain cleaning visit will apply. If the Costumer wants to terminate the contract – a notice of 2 weeks is required.
• The Costumer agrees that after the termination of contract within first 12 months he/she will not use or hire any home related services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the Costumer by Instant Cleaning. If the Costumer wish to hire or use any home related service provided by a cleaner introduced by Instant Cleaning within the first 12 months of termination of the contract with Instant Cleaning LTD our referral fee is £500.

End of Tenancy Cleaning:
• A minimum of 4 hours per cleaner applies for End of Tenancy Cleaning.
• The premises must be vacated and free of personal belongings.
• Costumer's presence is required on completion of the job to inspect the standard of the cleaning provided.
• Costumer agrees to pay a deposit of £30 prior to the cleaning job. Full payment is expected on completion of the job and this deposit will be deducted of the total amount.
• Costumer understands that if a cleaning session is cancelled the deposit will not be returned.
• Costumer has the right to re-schedule a cleaning session at least 48 hours prior to the cleaning session without any additional charges.
• Costumer understands that we will not provide any cleaning tasks that are not included in our standard task list.
• Costumer agrees to provide the equipment required, alternatively he/she could request the equipment to be supplied by our company (an additional charge of £30 will apply). All cleaning equipment provided by client should be safe and in full working order.
• Costumer understands that the initial quote given by one of our representatives may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.
• In an unlike event that the Costumer is not happy with the standard of the service provided complaint has to be raised within 24 hours on completion of the job and we will organise recovery cleaning free of charge.

One-off Cleaning / After Party Cleaning / After Builders Cleaning:
• A minimum of 4 hours per cleaner applies for One-off / Spring / After Party and After Builders Cleaning.
• Costumer's presence is required on completion of the job to inspect the standard of the service provided.
• Costumer understands that the initial quote provided by one of our representatives depending on the actual size and condition of the property. Instant Cleaning LTD reserves the right to amend the quote given, should the original requirements of the client amend.
• Costumer agrees that the cleaners representing Instant Cleaning will provide labour only and will not provide any cleaning tasks that are not recommended by the standard task list.
• Costumer agrees to pay a deposit of £30 prior to the cleaning and understands that this deposit will not be returned if the cleaning session is cancelled.
• Full payment is expected on the day of the cleaning on completion of the job. The deposit paid provisionally will be deducted of the total amount for the cleaning services.
• Costumer agrees to give at least 24 hours notice if a cleaning session has to be re-scheduled. Alternatively Instant Cleaning reserves the right not to return the deposit paid by the client.
• Costumer agrees to provide all cleaning equipment# required for the cleaning, unless other arrangements have been made with Instant Cleaning. The equipment provided by the client should be safe and in full working order.
• Costumer understands that any issues regarding the standard of the service provided should be reported not later than 24 hours on completion of the job.

Office Cleaning:
• Costumer agrees to sign and return a contract for the cleaning services within 5 days of placing an order.
• Costumer understands that the minimum length of the contracted service is 3 months.
• Costumer agrees that a minimum of 2 hours per cleaner applies for weekly cleaning services. For fortnightly cleaning the minimum stay is 3 hours per cleaner/per visit.
• Costumer agrees to provide us with a task list for the requested cleaning services. Costumer has to supply all necessary cleaning detergents and equipment required.
• Costumer agrees to settle payment for the cleaning service provided at the end of each month when an invoice is sent.
• Costumer agrees to give at least 24 hours notice to Instant Cleaning if a single visit should be cancelled. If client fail to give the notice required, full payment for the cleaning visit will be payable.
• Costumer agrees to give notice of 2 weeks, should he/she wishes to terminate the service.

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning:
• A minimum charge of £50 applies for all carpet/upholstery cleaning orders.
• Client agrees to pay parking and congestion fees if applicable.
• Client agrees to pay £30 deposit prior to the cleaning session. This deposit will be deducted of the total amount owed for the cleaning service.
• Client agrees that Instant Cleaning will not return the deposit paid provisionally if the cleaning session is cancelled.
• Client agrees to give at least 24 hours notice if he/she needs to re-schedule a cleaning session.
• Client understands that if there are any permanent stains the technician may not be able to remove them completely.

Claims and Insurance:
Instant Cleaning Limited is insured and has full public and employer's liability cover.
• Any issues regarding the standard of the service provided should be reported within 24 hours on completion of the job.
• If the customer is not satisfied with the cleaning performance recovery cleaning will be organised and Instant Cleaning will re-clean any items/areas to customer's satisfaction.
• Costumer understands that he/she is not entitled to any refunds.

Liability:
Instant Cleaning reserves the right not to be liable for:
• Any cleaning duties that are not included in the standard task list.
Cleaning jobs not completed due to lack of appropriate cleaning detergents and/or not working cleaning equipment, lack of hot water or power.
• Wear or discolouring of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed
• Accidental damages caused by cleaning equipment provided by client
• If customer has items that require special cleaning detergents, Instant Cleaning reserves the right to refuse provision of cleaning products and cleaning of these specific items
• We do not provide any cleaning of walls, external windows, gardens or exterior of buildings
