All of our cleaners are carefully vetted and insured.

3. What are your working hours?
We are able to provide cleaning services 7 days per week, without extra charges for the weekends.

4. How long does it take to organise a cleaner?
We require about 24 hours notice to schedule a cleaning session. If you are interested in our Regular Cleaning Services it may take us up to 3-4 days to organise a cleaning lady for you.

5. Do you guarantee your service?
Your satisfaction is our main concern. We require your presence on completion of the job to let you inspect the cleaning provided. If you are not happy with our cleaning performance, kindly contact us within 24 hours and we will return and re-do the cleaning FREE of charge.

6. Do I have to be at home during the cleaning session?
We understand that our clients are busy and we do not require your presence during the cleaning visit. You just need to arrange access to your property and to inspect the cleaning at the end. Please note that if you prefer to observe the whole cleaning session we would not mind your presence.

7. Do you provide cleaning detergents and equipment?
Provision of all necessary cleaning detergents is included in the price quoted by one of our representatives, but you will be responsible for provision of the cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, step ladder). If you like the equipment to be provided by our company, an additional charge of £30 will apply.

8. Can I have the same cleaner every week?
If you are one of the clients using our Regular Services, the same cleaner will provide the cleaning every time as long as client is happy with her/his cleaning performance.
If you are using our one-off cleaning services and you request for a particular cleaner we will be able to organise her/him as long as she/he is available on the day required for the cleaning session.

9. What happens if the cleaner goes on holiday?
If your permanent cleaner is sick or if she/he is on holiday we will be able to schedule a replacement cleaner for the period she/he is absent. We will inform you about the dates and we will need your confirmation before sending a new person to your property.

10. Do I have to pay a deposit prior to the cleaning session?
A deposit of £30 is payable for the all cleaning services we offer. Once we do the job a full payment is expected and the deposit will be deducted of the total amount. Please note that the deposit is not returnable if you cancel the cleaning job, but you can re-schedule it for another day/time suitable for you.
For Regular Cleaning services the deposit will be returned on termination of contract (minimum length of the contract for Regular Domestic Cleaning is 3 months).

11. How can I organise the payment for a cleaning job?
Full payment is expected on completion of the job. We offer easy payment options such as cash payment, payment with cheque or BACS.
For Regular Cleaning Services, payment should be organised on a monthly basis when an invoice is sent.
Please note that an outstanding invoice should be paid within 5 days.

12. Do you charge VAT?
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

13. Is there a minimum stay / call out charge for your cleaning services?
There is a minimum of 4 hours per cleaner per session due to the task list we complete.
For the Regular Cleaning Services there is a minimum of 2.5 hours for weekly cleaning and 3.5 hours for fortnightly cleaning.
All carpet / upholstery cleaning orders are subject to a minimum of £50.

14. Is there a minimum term contract for using your services?
There is a minimum length of the contract for our regular cleaning services - just 3 months. After this period if you wish to cancel the contract you just need to give us a written notice of 2 weeks and we will return you the deposit.

15. Can I cancel a regular cleaning visit and do I still have to pay for it?
If you are one of our regular clients and if you need to cancel a visit you need to give us at least 24 hours notice otherwise a full payment will be required.

16. What happens if I am not happy with the cleaner organised?
In an unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the cleaning lady scheduled to provide the regular cleaning services, you need to contact us and within 1 week a new cleaner will be organised.

17. Do you clean windows?
We are able to clean windows from the inside, but we do not provide professional external windows cleaning.

18. Do you wash walls?
Our cleaners will dust all walls and ceiling and all cobwebs will be removed. Please note that our cleaners have been advised not to wash walls if they are painted; if the walls are tiled they will be cleaned.
